Our pilot program and key discovery
From August to December 2025, we ran a pilot program in Ndola delivering innovation and entrepreneurship seminars and workshops for young people.
Through this work we identified a critical gap: displaced and refugee youth in our communities wanted access to the same opportunities but were being excluded. We responded by actively encouraging their participation in our activities, and this discovery is now shaping our strategic direction.
Our strategic expansion
No young person shut out of opportunity
Our 2025 pilot in Ndola revealed a critical gap: displaced and refugee youth wanted access to the same opportunities but were being excluded. We responded by opening our activities to them, and this discovery now shapes our strategic direction.
Today we are expanding into the Meheba and Mayukwayukwa refugee settlements, building 50/50 hubs where host-community and refugee youth learn and build ventures together. Through our Two Hands family framework, we work directly with parents and relatives to make sure young women can join, stay, and complete our programs.
Genuine peace requires genuine inclusion.
Strategic partnership
Working with the National Youth Development Council
Our long-term alliance with the National Youth Development Council (NYDC) Zambia grew out of our pilot supporting young entrepreneurs. Together we are connecting displaced youth directly to commercial networks, enterprise training resources, and market opportunities. This alliance is bridging the social and economic divide between marginalized refugee youth and host-community networks.
We don't build potential. We unlock it.
Young people already carry the ideas, the drive, and the creativity to change their communities. What's missing isn't ability. It's access. When you partner with us, you are not funding a program. You are investing in a generation that is already capable and simply needs the door held open.
